MSPT, Owner and President
Kevin’s guiding principle is the belief that everything we do and every decision we make is an opportunity to improve the life of another.
Following this belief, Kevin has been helping improve the lives of our senior population for over 25 years. He began his career as a Certified Nursing Assistant and soon realized he wanted to further his education and pursue a degree in Physical Therapy. Kevin proceeded to earn his master’s in Physical Therapy from Arcadia University and quickly returned to the senior care world. As a certified physical therapist, he delivered care in areas such as Cardiac Rehabilitation and Traumatic Brain Injury, spending the majority of his time working in homecare with the elderly population.
While in homecare, Kevin identified a need for supportive services that help aging individuals remain at home. This realization led naturally to the next chapter in his career: opening Senior Helpers Cherry Hill in 2007 and later Senior Helpers Ocean County, which he continues to own and operate today.
The opening of Town Square at the Jersey Shore and Town Square at Princeton represents yet another new chapter in Kevin’s accomplished career. His leadership at the center is guided by his belief in its mission, to pioneer services that help seniors lead more independent and fulfilling lives.

ADC, CDP, Center Director
Jennifer began her professional career in the senior care industry 10 years ago as an activity professional, and later grew to become a memory care coordinator. She has experience in multiple settings including long-term care, subacute rehab, and assisted living communities. Prior to working in the field, Jennifer volunteered for several years at local long-term care facilities. She knew at a young age that she had a passion for memory care and went on to become both a certified activity director and a certified dementia practitioner.
Her career with Town Square began just over a year ago at our Princeton Center where she first served as Interim Program Director and then Interim Enrollment Manager before being promoted to Center Director for the opening of Town Square at Marlton, our third location in central NJ.
Jennifer is so excited to bring her creative and positive approach to Town Square. Her mission is to ensure that each member gets purposeful and meaningful engagement while at our center with a focus on maximizing their strengths and abilities. She looks forward to spending time and building relationships with both our members and their families.
Program Director
Chinwendu is fondly called Chi (Chee) by our team. She has a long-time love for Recreation especially geared toward those who are progressing through a journey of aging. From high school, she was an assistant activities director, then accepted an Activity coordinator position while she was pursuing her bachelor’s degree in psychology at Rowan University. She hopes to advance her career in psychology and is pursuing her master’s in social work.
Chi’s primary goal is to continue to be a beacon of joy to everyone around her. Her true happiness comes from being able to engage with the elderly population and learn about who they are, so she can continue to tell their stories. Because she is enamored with the mission and history of Town Square, Chi wants to stay with Town Square indefinitely and grow in her career. “Everyone deserves to smile” is the quote that she lives by and is excited to bring that energy and empathy every day to members and their families at Town Square.
Administrative Business Coordinator
Kim started her professional career in Real Estate then spent the next 25 years raising her son and daughter and being an active volunteer in their school over the years managing the Rec Hall, the Basketball Snack Bar, and other school sports activities. She is especially proud of the school’s support of Cathedral Kitchen in Camden.
When she moved close to Town Square at Marlton she was curious about the opening and after looking into the company was completely moved by this new concept for senior care. “Town Square warmed my heart and every day I get to see families relieved and overjoyed to have a place like this for their loved ones.”
In her leisure hours, Kim enjoys spending time with her dog, cooking, crocheting and other handcrafts. She looks forward to being an integral part of the Town Square team, working toward helping our members thrive and growing a community of care.
