DESCRIPTION:Every third Wednesday from 3:00 to 4:00 PM EST\, Town Square University Parkway hosts a free educational class designed to support caregivers navigating dementia\, cognitive decline\, and the challenges of aging. The class is led by Catherine McDermott\, PMHNP\, a double board-certified Nurse Practitioner with 30 years of clinical experience in geriatric psychiatry and cognitive impairments. As Co-Owner of Gulfside Behavioral Care NP\, Inc. and Co-Owner of Town Square University Parkway\, Catherine provides expert insight that families rarely receive during traditional medical appointments. Town Square is recognized as a leader in the senior care and adult day center industry because of our medical-based approach that blends health oversight with meaningful engagement.
