That’s why we are honored to partner with Easterseals Southwest Florida to offer our Annual Caregivers Retreat—a unique opportunity for caregivers to recharge\, connect\, and focus on their own well-being.\nThis three-session therapeutic program is designed to provide support\, stress relief\, and emotional renewal through a guided experience with equine-assisted therapy at the Easterseals campus.\n\nProgram Benefits & Objectives\n\nReconnect with who you were before your loved one received their diagnosis.\nSelf-care and stress reduction – Learn mindfulness and breathing techniques to enhance self-regulation and resilience.\nEmotional awareness and support – Gain insight into your own emotional responses to caregiving challenges.\nCommunity and connection – Build relationships with other caregivers in a supportive and understanding environment.\nHealing and therapeutic experience – Experience the calming presence of horses to help reduce stress\, promote well-being\, and restore balance.\n\n*** No prior horse experience is necessary. All activities are unmounted and designed for comfort\, reflection\, and personal growth.\n\nSeries Event Details\nLocation: Easterseals Southwest Florida (roughly 20 minutes south of Town Square University Parkway)\n\nDay 1: January 26th\, Introduction & Mindfulness from 9 AM to 11 AM\nDay 2: February 2nd Connection & Communication from 9 AM to 11 AM\nDay 3: February 9th Reflection & Integration from 9 AM to Noon (Lunch Included)\n\nSpace is limited. Caregivers\, take this time for yourself.
