DESCRIPTION:Town Square University Parkway invites caregivers\, family members\, and anyone supporting a loved one with memory loss to attend our free monthly educational class\, held every third Wednesday from 3:00 to 4:00 PM EST at our center located in the Walmart plaza off Lockwood Ridge and University. This invaluable session is led by Catherine McDermott\, PMHNP—Co-Owner of Gulfside Behavioral Care NP\, Inc.\, and Co-Owner of Town Square University Parkway. Catherine is a double board-certified Nurse Practitioner with 30 years of experience in geriatric psychiatry\, dementia care\, cognitive impairments\, and Alzheimer’s related behavioral changes. \nTown Square University Parkway is recognized as a leader in adult day and dementia support because we integrate a strong medical model into every aspect of our program. Our team provides compassionate guidance\, clinical insight\, and ongoing caregiver support to help families navigate the challenges of memory loss with confidence and clarity.
