A New Idea in Adult Day Care Services in Jersey Shore
Town Square is a unique and innovative adult day care center. Our groundbreaking approach to adult day services combines essential senior care, immersive activities, and opportunities to reminisce with peers. These activities are designed to meet the needs of those experiencing the normal effects of aging and include activities specifically focused for those living with Alzheimer’s and dementia. No matter your cognitive or physical abilities, Town Square will make sure you are able to participate! This innovative adult day care model represents an important step forward for senior care in this country.
Seniors with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias have been observed to readily recall, and converse about, the times of their youth.
Reminiscence Therapy
Research has shown that people with dementia are best able to hold on to their memories from their formative years – that is to say, their teens and twenties. Since most of the people who are diagnosed with dementia today came of age in the mid 1900s, the design of our center is built to evoke those memories in the most vivid and joyous way possible.
Our members engage in activities that have proven benefits in the quality of life of people with memory conditions, such as reduced anxiety, increased willingness to socialize, and better and greater quantity of sleep at night. If I could give a higher rating then 5 Star I would . This facility checks all the boxes. Its beautiful ,clean, has a ton of activities and an incredible staff . They truly care about every person that goes there. My Mom was really hesitant at first, now she looks forward to going and has made some new friends . Just seeing her smile is all I can ask for 🙂
My mother loves Town Square! Everyone is so friendly and the setting is amazing too. My mother loves the live music, the food and all the activities. I’ve visited a couple times when they have live music - so enjoyable! It is so precious to see her singing along and smiling. Her life is so much richer because she loves being with people, doing all of the activities and loves helping out too!
My mom goes 3 times aweek and it is an absolute joy for her. The staffs attitude is amazing. Everytime she is met at the door with such great enthusiasm. Our family couldn't be happier for her to enjoy the social atmosphere. Signed by June bugs family!

My father and his wife attend several times a week. Initially, we were concerned about how he would feel about going, but he thoroughly enjoyed it from the first day. They both appreciate the activities and opportunities for social interaction. Themed days are quite enjoyable, and we make use of the salon services. The staff is wonderful. I would highly recommend Town Square!!

I’m a physical therapist that treats clients at town square. I absolutely love it. Town square provides clients with a fun caring environment that provides a healthy stimulation that our older adult population needs! The staff go above and beyond to make sure each individual is taken care of. Can’t recommend it enough!
From the minute you walk into Town Square you know that this is a place you want to spend time! The staff is welcoming and the atmosphere is simultaneously fun and relaxing. The ‘vibe’ is awesome.

My Mom attends Town Square several times a week. She loves it there. It has a believe atmosphere and is amazingly clean. The staff treat my Mom like family. She often wants to hug them all goodbye at the end of the day. Behind the scene, Jill and the staff know everything that is going on with my mom. They care for her and direct her accordingly. When I drop her off I know she is in very capable and safe hands. I trust them with the most important person in my life.

There are many things in life to be grateful for and this year Town Square at the Jersey Shore is at the top of our families list. Town Square provides wonderful opportunities for their seniors to socialize. The people who work there are friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. My mom enjoys the activities especially the music programs. She also enjoys the delicious food, and hair salon services. I know my mom is safe and well cared for while she is attending. I highly recommend this amazing place.
My mother attends Town Square and we are so pleased. She is able to meet new friends and stay social, participate in multiple activities, and even takes advantage of the beauty salon. The people that work there love the clients and show such patience and kindness! My mother also loves the food!
Town Square welcomes my husband, with open arms and smiles, truly unique in the world of daycare, with an environment that is safe, happy, fun, offers physical activities, and musical programs, all the things that enrich daily life. Town Square offers legit fun for seniors! My mom is greeted like royalty in the morning and is laughing as she walks out at the end of the day. I would not be able to provide this level of socialization and recreation daily for my mom, so I’m relieved we found Town Square.
Towne Square is an amazing facility for your loves one. Our Mom truly loves going to Towne Square and she is thriving. She loves (and so do we) all of the interactive activities they have for their members. Towne Square offers opportunities for for Seniors to participate in group activities, art classes, pet therapy, as well as music.
They greet our Mom with a big smile and open arms which makes her feel very welcomed. It is a safe, loving and nurturing environment.

If you have a loved one that needs care and you are torn like my sistets and I were about this difficult decision for our mom. I highly suggest you go tour this incredible facility. Our first meeting we were greeted with smiles, compassionate staff and we were educated. There are so many resources available to the families and care takers. It's more that Adult Day care, this is a home away from home. jill was amazing. She said let mom try it, I promise you in two weeks she will love it. Well not only does our mom love it, she asks us to take her on weekends which they are closed but she has to see that for herself. Our mom is truly thriving. This was the best decision my sisters and I have made for our mom. Dementia is a horrible disease, 2e are learning and navigating minute by minute but we know the days she is her. She is safe. She is socializing she is living and most importantly she is happy.
Our family just loves Town Square! My Dad enjoys his time there and everybody who works there has such a caring, joyful attitude!

My sister and I are so happy we found this place for our 79 year old dad who lives alone. He attends three half days a week but we plan on increasing his days during the winter months. They have a car service that comes to pick him up and drop him off. Everyone is friendly and he has made a lot of new friends. My father thanks us pretty much every day for finding this place for him. The facility is clean and wonderfully set up. They have many activities planned daily. If you are like us and cannot be there every day for your parent/parents this place is such a great alternative. Just go online and take a virtual tour of the place.

Mom was a little hesitant at first. Now she is always ready to go, loves the interaction with the staff and her peers. A great place where people are treated with respect, love and care.
When I found Town Square for my husband it was like our problems were about to be answered. My husband needed an outlet for his needs, one of which was socialization, they offer excellent recreational activities, which has helped my husband tremendously! The center is like dropping your loved one at a friend’s house. Secure, clean, great communication, staff are extremely welcoming to you and your family member!

My husband has been attending TS for almost three years and it has been the best thing to happen. He is happy and looks forward to going three days a week. The people are amazing, caring and the activities are endless. I would not survive without them!
Town Square at the Jersey Shore is not your typical Senior day care, Town Square is beautiful and cheerful. But, even better than all the bright colors and comfortable activity areas there are the wonderful, dedicated and loving people. Every member is treated like family from the moment they walk in.

Cannot say enough good things about Town Square. I have a total piece of mind having my mother attend. The staff is fabulous and goes above and beyond to make my mom happy and feel comfortable. They care about everyone like they were family. The atmosphere is always upbeat and positive, and the place is decorated very bright and cheery. I highly recommend Town Square 1000%
