Every member of our staff makes a daily difference in the lives of community members. Their training, commitment, and compassion are indispensable parts of the activities and care we provide.

Our leadership team has decades of experience in senior care. Their passion and expertise make it possible to offer the rich, rewarding programming that takes place at Town Square Perry Hall.

Melanie Miranda-Lusby, Center Director

Melanie Miranda-Lusby is the Center Director for Town Square Perry Hall. Melanie is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s in Finance and Gerontology and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration.  Melanie has over 17 years of managerial experience in the financial and healthcare industries.  Her passion is driven by her desire to make a difference in her member’s and caregivers’ lives.  She has strong knowledge in Alzheimer’s and Dementia as well as Gerontology.  Melanie takes great pride in knowing that her Center is one that strives for excellence and quality of care while promoting an engaging and mentally stimulating environment. Her staff would describe her as “all in”, Melanie is very involved in the day-to-day processes of running the Center and is always willing to lend a helping hand no matter what the job is.  As a wife of a Marine Corps Veteran, she is involved in multiple non-profit organizations that support our nation’s military.  She is also a member of the Maryland Association of Adult Day Services and the Maryland Senior Resource Network.  Melanie lives by the moto, one person can make a difference, and she strives to make a difference in every person’s life that she encounters.

Keyonna Jordan, Activities Manager

Keyonna Jordan is the Activity Manager for Town Square Perry Hall. She is a professional with over 19 years of experience. Keyonna is a graduate of Beaufort Community College in Washington, North Carolina where she received her Activity Director Certification, became a member of NCCAP (National Certification Council for Activity Professional) and successfully completed MEPAP 1&2 (Modular Education Program for Activity Professionals) in Maryland as well as ServSafe Food Service Manager Certification. She has worked in both Adult Day Cares and in Long Term Skilled Nursing facilities. Keyonna is caring and reliable and is always reminded by her grandmother that she has found her calling. Keyonna lives by the moto “Activities is more than just Bingo”

Crystal Schlee, Registered Nurse

Crystal Schlee is the Registered Nurse for Town Square Perry Hall. She is a professional with over 14 years of practice in Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Facilities, Home Nursing and Medical Adult Day Centers. She has strong knowledge of medicine, pharmacology, levels of care and standards of care in Adult Medical, hospital and private practice settings. Crystal is a caring and reliable person who has a reputation for building a great rapport with her patients and medical providers. She is highly committed to making her patients more informed and comfortable during their care. Crystal has shared that one of the main reasons she became a Nurse was because her grandmother had Alzheimer’s and seeing the need for care with individuals such as her grandmother, drove her to want to make a difference in people’s lives. She is a devoted mother of three and focuses on making every day better than the day before.

Jamie Steets – Center Coordinator

Jamie Steets is the Center Coordinator for Town Square Perry Hall. Jamie graduated from Towson University in 2008, majoring in Business Administration and Economics. Upon graduating, she began to work in the healthcare industry, where she performed several roles including, Payroll, Business Office, HR Support and continued in this professional path for eight years. She later realized that her true passion was working with people and providing support to staff and members who needed assistance. Jamie is not only very professional she is also very compassionate and always willing to lend a helping hand. She is a team player that brings a lot of innovative and creative ideas to the Center. As the wife of a Nurse, Jamie understands Dementia and the aging process and continues to educate herself to increase her knowledge on how to care and work with our members.
