The group for people living with dementia is led by Jillien Erdman for those who are aware of their memory loss/cognitive changes and who want the opportunity to talk about their experiences in a judgment-free environment. This group uses materials from the Neurowell Program by Health Partners to focus on different aspects of wellness for those with early stages of cognitive impairments.
