Franchisee
Tiffany Cook brings over 18 years of professional business experience from industry leaders including Amazon and Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where she led teams across multiple functions and built high-performing, people-centered environments.
She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona and was a collegiate athlete at two Division I programs, achieving All-American honors.
Tiffany’s path to Town Square is deeply personal. After experiencing the impact of dementia and Alzheimer’s within her own family—particularly with her grandparents—she saw firsthand the lack of meaningful, supportive options for aging loved ones. Like many families, hers wanted more: more dignity, more engagement, and more connection.
When she discovered Town Square, it felt like a calling.
What stood out most was the approach—creating a space that feels familiar, comforting, and alive, designed to spark memories, conversation, and connection. A place where each day is filled with purpose, engagement, and joy—not just care.
Today, Tiffany is passionate about creating an environment where older adults feel seen, valued, and truly engaged—and where caregivers feel supported, educated, and less alone. She believes that just as it takes a village to raise children, it also takes a village to care for aging loved ones—a perspective shaped not only by her professional experience, but also by her role as a mother.
By combining her business leadership experience with her personal connection to caregiving, Tiffany is committed to building a welcoming, uplifting community where every individual feels comfortable, supported, and at home.

Franchisee
Jason Cook is an accomplished retail executive with over two decades of experience leading large-scale operations, developing high-performing teams, and driving sustainable business growth.
He currently serves as Division Vice President at Bridgestone Americas / Firestone, where he oversees retail operations for more than 530 locations across 18 states in the western United States. In this role, Jason leads a workforce of over 4,500 employees and manages over $1 billion in annual revenue, with full P&L responsibility.
Jason’s leadership is rooted in a people-first, performance-driven approach. He is known for building strong cultures of accountability, collaboration, and continuous development—empowering teams to consistently exceed goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Prior to Bridgestone, Jason held senior leadership roles at TMX Finance, where he served as Vice President of Operations, overseeing multi-state operations and driving performance across a nationally scaled business. He also spent over nine years with Enterprise Holdings, where he built a strong foundation in operations, sales, and team leadership, progressing through multiple management roles.
Jason holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Arizona Global Campus and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Arizona.
In addition to his professional career, Jason serves as Vice President of the Board for the California Automotive Business Coalition, supporting industry advancement and economic development initiatives.
Alongside his wife, Tiffany, Jason is proud to support the mission of Town Square—bringing a strong operational foundation and leadership perspective to help build a community where families feel supported, connected, and cared for.
