MEET THE TOWN SQUARE KENNEWICK TEAM

Mandy has lived in the Tri-Cities area of Washington for several years, attending Kennewick High School, and graduating from Columbia Basin College. Mandy has worked in the healthcare system for over 16 years, starting as an in-home caregiver herself. She achieved her dream of becoming a Registered Nurse and has extended training in Functional Nutrition; Alzheimer’s/Dementia; Mental Health; Chronic Disease Management, such as Chronic Heart Disease (CHF), COPD, Insulin Resistance, Pre-Diabetes, Diabetes, and Parkinson’s Disease; Health Coaching; Advance Care Directives; and Safety Home Evaluations through Life Profile.

Mandy has always been a part of the community, helping others find solutions to solve problems when there were no other options. After doing several things in the community, She wanted to do more to help those families struggling to find good quality in-home care, so she started a Senior Helpers Franchise in April 2021, and had her first client by May 2021. Senior Helpers reached Presidents Club within 3 years, which allowed her to pursue her dream of bringing Town Square to the Tri-Cities. She is very excited to be bringing much needed services that are unique and truly allow people to find joy and happiness, while walking a journey that brings grief, and suffering for so many. Now they will have a better option, that they can feel confident that they will have a great day.

Mandy is married to her husband, Jason, and they have 2 daughters, Megan, and Jamie. A few years ago, she acquired a treasured new name, “Nana”, to their first granddaughter. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends every chance she gets, playing games or just hanging out, watching football, and making a difference in her community.

Kammie brings a genuine love for people and a passion for making sure others feel seen, valued, and supported. Caring for people has been a meaningful part of her life for more than half of her life, and both her personal and professional experiences have shaped the way she leads today. She believes some of the greatest differences we can make in someone’s life begin simply by taking the time to listen, build trust, and truly get to know the person in front of us.

Her connection to caregiving is also personal. Helping care for a loved one with Alzheimer’s gave Kammie firsthand insight into the importance of dignity, patience, connection, and meaningful engagement—not only for the individual receiving care, but for the family supporting them.

As Center Director, Kammie is passionate about creating a place where people feel welcomed, valued, connected, and genuinely look forward to spending their day. She is excited to build strong relationships with families and community partners throughout the Tri-Cities while helping more people discover the friendship, purpose, support, and sense of belonging an adult day program can provide.

Outside of work, family is at the center of Kammie’s life. She is a wife, mom, and very proud grandma who treasures time spent with the people she loves most.

Vanessa is a dedicated Center Nurse with a strong background in cardiac care and a passion for serving her community. Her nursing journey began on a cardiac unit, where she developed expertise in managing complex patient needs and delivering compassionate, high-quality care. This experience shaped her commitment to excellence and deepened her understanding of the critical role nurses play in improving health outcomes.

Vanessa thrives on building meaningful relationships—with our members, families, and colleagues alike. She believes that trust and connection are at the heart of exceptional care. Her approach combines clinical skill with empathy, ensuring that our members feel supported and valued throughout their time at Town Square.

Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys spending time with her husband and their playful puppy. She values family and friends and embraces life’s simple joys, bringing that same warmth and positivity into her professional role every day.

LaToya is a dedicated Programming Assistant who brings compassion, warmth, and purpose to her work with individuals living with dementia and Alzheimer’s symptoms.

She believes that every person deserves to feel valued, respected, heard, and cared for, regardless of the challenges they may face. With a big heart and a genuine passion for helping others, LaToya creates meaningful moments through connection, engagement, and kindness. She believes that love is a universal language and strives to let that belief guide every interaction.
