Ceo Town Square And Ceo & Co-founder Senior Helpers And President, Home Care Association Of America (HCAOA)
Peter co-founded SH Franchising with Tony Bonacuse in 2002 and is the current CEO for Senior Helpers. He has led the organization to become a national leader in non-medical in-home care for seniors. He also serves as the President of the Home Care Association of America’s board of directors. He has devoted his career to helping care for seniors excel and to improve service at all levels.
Director of Franchise Development
Brittany’s love for franchising began in childhood as my family owned and operated franchised car dealerships and restaurants. This is the third franchise brand Brittany has had the pleasure of working with and the second that focuses on the needs of our aging population. She am extremely passionate about providing quality care for seniors and respite care for their loved ones. Town Square is the most innovative and exciting opportunity in senior care and she can’t wait to help candidates make a great decision to join the family!
VP of Operations
Pete has over a decade of experience in home care, with over two decades in Franchising. He was introduced to Town Square by the leadership team at Senior Helpers and jumped at the chance to become a part of this incredible brand. Pete feels seeing how Town Square helps these members and their caregivers improve their quality of life is incredibly rewarding. He enjoy helping Town Square franchisees become successful business owners and looks forward to the growth and development of the franchise family.
Director of Construction
Marc’s work in construction has allowed him to travel and manage projects around the world. Eventually, he returned to Maryland and secured his first position as a Director of Construction with a franchise brand. When Marc was presented with the opportunity to join Town Square as the Director of Construction, it was a choice he couldn’t pass up. To build these centers that affect so many people in such a positive manner and to see this generation come back to life in these centers is one of the most rewarding accomplishments he has had in his career.
Franchise Support Coordinator
Jamie supports the franchising operations team and franchisees. She has over 15 years of experience working in a human resources and administration roles in LTC, Assisted Living and Adult Day industries. Jamie graduated from Towson University majoring in Business Administration and Economics. Jamie has a passion for working with seniors and support her team.
Training and Program Manager
Lynsey supports franchisees with training and activity programming for Town Square Franchising. She has over 10 years’ experience working with seniors in Assisted Living and Adult Day Care Operations management. She provides team members the tools to make each moment with our members happy, fun, and exciting.
