Peter co-founded SH Franchising with Tony Bonacuse in 2002 and is the current CEO of Senior Helpers. He has led the organization to become a national leader in non-medical in-home care for seniors. He also serves as the president of the Home Care Association of America’s board of directors. He has devoted his career to excellence in care for seniors and improving service at all levels.

Lori has over a decade of experience in home care, with 15 years in franchising. She feels that the future of healthcare will lead families to incorporate Town Square as part of a hybrid healthcare model to allow loved ones to age in place longer. Lori’s passion is to help franchisees become successful business owners as well as powerful contributors to the community, while providing the highest quality of care and peace of mind for families. Lori has always been a forward thinker who provides creative healthcare solutions for families. She is excited to be a part of Town Square and looks forward to reaching new heights with the franchise family.

Lynsey supports franchisees with training and activity programming for Town Square Franchising. She has over 10 years’ experience working with seniors in Assisted Living and Adult Day Care Operations management. She provides team members the tools to make each moment with our members happy, fun, and exciting.
