TOWN SQUARE’S SKILLED, CARING LEADERSHIP TEAM

Peter is the founder and CEO for Town Square Franchising. He is also the CEO and Co-Founder for Senior Helpers Franchising, an in-home senior care franchise that was founded in 2002 and has over 350 franchises in the United States. Peter formerly served as the president and board member of the Home Care Association of America (HCAOA) and CEO member of the Healthcare Leadership Council.

Tony founded the original Senior Helpers Home Care business in 2003 in Baltimore, MD and co-founded Senior Helpers Franchising with Mr. Ross in 2004, serving as President and Board Member until 2016. In 2005, he co-founded the original Doctors Express Urgent Care and in 2007, he co-founded Doctors Express Urgent Care Franchising, serving as its President and Board Member until its sale. Since 2015, Tony served as co-founder and General Partner of Siesta Coast Capital, a commercial real-estate acquisition and management company. In all, Tony started and grew 8 successful companies and has helped multiple hundreds of franchise owners create successful businesses. Tony joined Town Square as President in July 2023.

Lori has over a decade of experience in home care, with 15 years in franchising. She feels that the future of healthcare will lead families to incorporate Town Square as part of a hybrid healthcare model to allow loved ones to age in place longer. Lori’s passion is to help franchisees become successful business owners as well as powerful contributors to the community, while providing the highest quality of care and peace of mind for families. Lori has always been a forward thinker who provides creative healthcare solutions for families. She is excited to be a part of Town Square and looks forward to reaching new heights with the franchise family.

Lynsey supports franchisees with training and activity programming for Town Square Franchising. She has over 10 years’ experience working with seniors in Assisted Living and Adult Day Care Operations management. She provides team members the tools to make each moment with our members happy, fun, and exciting.
