Town Square at the Jersey Shore
Town Square transports seniors back to another time and place with the look and feel of a 1950s small town. Members can explore multiple unique activity rooms, called storefronts, all designed to spark memories of the past.
The look and feel of Town Square helps members feel relaxed and comfortable as they remember meals with friends at the local diner, going to the pictures to see the biggest Hollywood stars of the time, or just sitting in their living room listening to a radio program.
Throughout the day, members take part in a wide range of engaging activities with a focus on enjoying favorite pastimes, reminiscing with friends, and developing new interests. The monthly calendar includes a variety of special events, including themed celebrations, visiting entertainment, guest speakers, music, gentle exercise, cognitive stimulation, creative expression, and so much more. Members end the day feeling a sense of accomplishment, purpose, and community.
Whether your loved one is experiencing the normal effects of aging or showing signs of cognitive impairment, a day at Town Square offers something for everyone.
Our innovative activity rooms, called storefronts, help put members at ease and encourage reminiscing by utilizing vintage design elements and décor.
Each storefront, from the Game Room to Starlite Theater to Glenner Park, has been meticulously designed to create an immersive, nostalgic environment where memories come to the forefront and members are inspired to share stories with their peers.

“Everything we do
and every decision we make,
is an opportunity to improve the life of another.”
Kevin Herman, MSPT
Owner and President
We believe aging is to be celebrated, not dreaded. Embracing life for the outcome of all that has been lived, the wisdom acquired, experiences felt, milestones reached, and accomplishments attained, offers a different outlook. Even with all that is behind in life, there is still space for so much ahead. If we could only see every wrinkle as a laugh line, how different would the image and perception of aging be. We love to support our seniors in filling that space and time before them so life can be lived as fully and independently as possible.
We support a culture of care that seeks to engage clients in favorite activities, revisit past interests, and even explore new pursuits. Our mission is to provide the highest quality of service and client experiences through our thoughtfully developed care delivery process.
Thank you for considering us to care for and support your loved one. It is our privilege to provide care to our clients and to be able to help them write the next chapters in their story.

Meet our team
Kevin Herman , Owner & President
Kevin Herman has been helping improve the lives of our senior population for over 25 years. He began his career in this industry as a Certified Nursing Assistant. During this time he realized that he wanted to further his education and decided to pursue his degree in Physical Therapy. Kevin received his Master’s in Physical Therapy and quickly returned to the senior care world. Throughout his Physical Therapy career he worked in Cardiac Rehabilitation, Traumatic Brain Injury and then spent the majority of his time working in homecare with the elderly population. While working in the homecare setting he identified the need for supportive services to help individuals remain at home and transitioned naturally into owning and operating Senior Helpers for 14 years. Kevin continues to own and operate Senior Helpers and feels that Town Square is the next natural step to fill the needs of our seniors, who want to continue living as independently as possible in the community. Kevin’s guiding principle is the belief that everything we do and every decision we make, is an opportunity to improve the life of another.
