Together We Blossom Art Exhibit

We are excited to invite you to a one-of-a-kind artistic journey at Town Square University Parkway! Over the next six weeks, our members, at all stages of aging, including those living with dementia, will express themselves through a variety of art mediums, culminating in a powerful exhibit:

“Together We Blossom: Birds, Butterflies & Botanicals”

This exhibit symbolizes transformation, transition, and growth, celebrating the resilience of the human spirit through the imagery of birds, butterflies, and botanicals. It showcases the incredible potential that emerges when individuals receive support, fostering positive and beautiful outcomes.

Each week, our members will engage in unique artistic projects, including acrylic and watercolor paintings, mixed media collages, 3D floral bouquets, and collaborative community pieces. Their artwork will be on display throughout June for Alzheimer’s Awareness Month, honoring their creativity and the power of self-expression.

To celebrate their achievements, we invite you to join us on Thursday, June 26th, for a special event at Town Square University Parkway. Guests will have the opportunity to:

• Admire this unique artwork 
• Participate in an auction to take home a meaningful piece
• Enjoy live music, drinks, and light bites
• Support local nonprofits through auction proceeds

The second half of the event is hosted by “Girls Night In 4 a Cause.” They are a unique group that hosts monthly gatherings in the Sarasota and Bradenton area that bring together women to support local charities while enjoying a relaxed evening of socializing. Attendees are encouraged to bring a bottle of wine or their preferred beverage and contribute a suggested donation of $20 or more. All proceeds from the night go directly to the charities.
