Meet the Perry Hall Team

Melanie Miranda-Lusby is the Corporate Center Director for Town Square Perry Hall, an adult medical day center that was developed as an innovative alternative to standard day options. Melanie is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s in finance and gerontology and a master’s in healthcare administration. Melanie has over 20 years of managerial experience in the financial and healthcare industries. Her passion is driven by her desire to make a difference in her members’ and their caregivers’ lives. She has strong knowledge in Alzheimer’s and dementia as well as gerontology. As a gerontologist and Certified Dementia Practitioner, Melanie takes great pride in knowing that her center is one that strives for excellence and quality of care while promoting an engaging and mentally stimulating environment. Her staff would describe her as “all in”. Melanie is very involved in the day-to-day processes of running the center and is always willing to lend a helping hand no matter what the job is. As a wife of a Marine Corps veteran, she is involved in multiple non-profit organizations that support our nation’s military. She is also a board member of the Maryland Association of Adult Day Services and a member of the Maryland Senior Resource Network.  Melanie lives by the motto “One person can make a difference,” and she strives to make a difference in the lives of every person she encounters.

Keyonna Jordan is the Activity Manager for Town Square Perry Hall, an adult medical day center that was developed as an innovative alternative to standard day options. She is a professional with over 19 years of experience. Keyonna is a graduate of Beaufort Community College in Washington, North Carolina where she received her Activity Director certification, became a member of NCCAP (National Certification Council for Activity Professionals), and successfully completed MEPAP 1&2 (Modular Education Program for Activity Professionals) in Maryland as well as her ServSafe Food Service Manager certification. She has worked in both adult daycares and in long-term skilled nursing facilities. Keyonna is caring and reliable and is always reminded by her grandmother that she has found her calling. Keyonna lives by the motto “Activities is more than just bingo.”

Laura Dilworth is the Center Coordinator for Town Square Perry Hall. Laura graduated from the Community College of Baltimore County with an associate of the arts degree, continued with her education, and graduated from Vision Allied Health Institute in 2021 as a Certified/Geriatric Nursing Assistant. Laura began working as the billing and warranty specialist at Skytech Inc., located at Carroll County Regional Airport, where she gained expertise in billing, administration, and customer service. In 2021, she began to work at Town Square as a Program Assistant, where she found her passion for working in healthcare and helping seniors attain their utmost quality of life. Due to her passion, she returned to Vision Allied Health Institute in February of 2022 and completed the Certified Medication Technician certificate. Laura is currently in nursing school to become a Licensed Practical Nurse. However, she does not want to stop there, as her goal is to one day become a Nurse Practitioner with a specialty in memory care and geriatrics. She is looking forward to expanding her career in nursing and with Town Square. On weekends, Laura enjoys spending time with her young children.

Ashley Diaz is the Center Registered Nurse for Town Square Perry Hall. Ashley graduated from the Community College of Baltimore County with her Practical Nursing certificate in 2018, continued with her education, and graduated from the Community College of Baltimore County’s Registered Nurse Program in 2023. Upon graduating with her LPN certificate, Ashley began working in long-term care facilities. In 2022, she began to work at Town Square as an LPN and has now transitioned to become the center RN. Ashley prides herself in providing the utmost care for our members with compassion and kindness. In her leisure time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband Ev and their two dogs Maggie and Hooch.

Chelsea, with a background in Business Development within the behavioral health sector, has cultivated robust connections with providers in the Maryland community. She holds the belief that collaborative efforts within a community yield greater benefits for its members. Joining the Town Square team, she expresses enthusiasm to further engage with the remarkable community it serves.
