Fall 2025 Caregivers Retreat in Nokomis, FL – Hosted by Town Square University Parkway

Town Square University Parkway, in partnership with Easterseals Southwest Florida, invites you to our Fall 2025 Caregivers Retreat—a unique, therapeutic wellness program designed specifically for caregivers seeking stress relief, emotional support, and self-care resources. This 3-session caregiver support program utilizes equine-assisted activities (no horseback riding involved) to help participants practice mindfulness, build resilience, and connect with others who understand the challenges of caregiving.

Who Should Attend:

• Family caregivers
• Professional caregivers
• Individuals feeling burned out, overwhelmed, or emotionally drained from caregiving responsibilities

What You’ll Experience:

• Equine therapy sessions to promote emotional regulation and relaxation
• Mindfulness and breathing techniques tailored to caregivers
• Peer connection and group support
• Tools and strategies for long-term caregiver self-care

Location: Easterseals Campus – 1629 Ranch Rd, Nokomis, FL 34275

Session Dates & Times:

• Monday, October 6 | 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
• Monday, October 13 | 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
• Monday, October 20 | 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (includes lunch)

Cost: $385 per person (includes all three sessions)

Capacity: Limited to 8 participants – first come, first served.

No prior horse experience is necessary. All sessions are unmounted and led by trained facilitators.
