Who We Are

We are a dedicated senior care company, and our goal is to make sure local seniors in all the communities in which we work have access to quality day care that gives them a rewarding time that lets them go home feeling fulfilled and accomplished.

We believe Town Square is a great place for our members, and a great place to work, because we continually train and engage our employees. If you’re interested in new opportunities with your senior care background, learn more about careers with us.

Town Square was founded by staff members at Senior Helpers, one of the nation’s leading providers of homecare for senior citizens. As people who work in the senior care industry, with longtime experience in the field, we knew there was an unmet need for an improved kind of adult day services – something that was more than just a place that senior citizens could stay for a few hours.

That’s why we drew on clinically backed research on reminiscence therapy to create Town Square, an environment designed to fulfill the physical, social, and psychological needs of people with dementia and other cognitive impairments using a unique environment replicating the sights and sounds of their youth in ‘50s America.

Our Mission

To provide compassionate care and improve the quality of life for our members, their families, and our employees.

Our Philosophy

Town Square recognizes the dynamic nature of the human brain and acknowledges that our abilities can change at any time. Our programming is designed to provide caring, supportive, and positive opportunities to meet our members’ needs throughout the course of their day – regardless of their cognitive and functional abilities. We believe there is nothing more important than improving quality of life as we age, and it is our passion to serve each member as a unique individual.

Our Commitments: Rigorous Training, Family Education, Health and Safety

All of our programming staff has industry-leading training on engagement, inclusion, and stimulating conversation prompts for people of varying levels of cognitive ability, as well as in CDC guidelines for adult day care health and safety. More than that, we’re determined to help our members’ families and caretakers understand how to engage with their loved ones better according to their needs and wants. And all of our facilities have a registered nurse on-site, feature elder-accessible layouts, and adhere strictly to state and national cleanliness and health statutes.
